Stanley Park c.1897 is one of the grandest waterfront estates in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens region — a place where elegance, history and natural beauty come together. Ceremony

Exchange your vows beneath our magnificent 200-year-old fig tree — a breathtaking natural canopy that creates the most romantic setting imaginable. Or say “I do” on the graceful homestead veranda, framed by lace ironwork and perfect hedges. For couples who love the water, the tree-lined lakefront offers a serene and picture-perfect backdrop.

Reception

Our rustic barn is the heart of every celebration. Throw open the grand timber doors to let in the evening light and cooling breezes, or close them for a warm, intimate atmosphere beside the crackling fireplace. Fairy lights twinkle across the high ceilings, creating a soft glow that’s simply magical for dinner and dancing.

Catering

We recommend Sprout Catering; their exceptional menus and service perfectly complement the beauty of Stanley Park. Packages include everything you need — from crockery, cutlery and glassware to bar and wait staff — for a seamless, elegant dining experience. 

Food trucks and mobile bars are also welcome.

Accommodation

The homestead offers a peaceful retreat for wedding preparations and overnight stays for up to 15 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, pool room and dining spaces overlooking the lake, it’s an idyllic blend of comfort and old-world charm — the perfect start and finish to your wedding day.
